Amazon Legal is looking for a talented Corporate Counsel to support the commercial and go-to-market functions for the Amazon Freight and Amazon Air Cargo service offerings within Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Amazon.com. Key job responsibilities - Counseling the sales, and business development teams on a broad range of commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters.- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions.- Providing day-to-day input on business and strategy, and resolving issues that arise in commercial relationships.- Developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and building processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.About the teamThe ASCS legal team is embedded within Amazon Legal and partners directly with business leaders to enable one of Amazon's fastest-growing service offerings. We operate at the intersection of technology, logistics, and commerce — helping businesses of all sizes and industries leverage Amazon's logistics network. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
