Intermountain Health seeks a Child Life Specialist to support pediatric patients and families at McKay-Dee Hospital. This role uses therapeutic play, education, and coping strategies to reduce anxiety and trauma related to illness, injury, and procedures. The specialist prepares children for tests and surgeries, offers emotional support, and partners closely with nurses, physicians, and families to create individualized coping plans.
