Key responsibilities include greeting passengers, providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience, using reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, calculate and collect fees, ensuring passenger information is processed accurately, resolving passenger issues, working in the Baggage Service Office, handling baggage, maintaining composure, lifting baggage, cleaning aircraft, reading baggage tags, prepping aircraft, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications and minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old, acquiring and maintaining credentials, successful completion of pre-employment process, availability to work any shift, comfortable working with technology, ability to communicate, ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English, ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags, and performing physical activities.
