As a leader, you’ll work directly with an independent Owner/Operator, gaining hands‑on experience that develops your ability to guide teams, drive excellence, and cultivate a culture rooted in service. Our leaders are the heartbeat of the restaurant, setting the standard for hospitality, operational excellence, and guest experience. Through intentional development, accountability, and a commitment to serving others, you’ll inspire your team to deliver signature Chick-fil-A service and food while building skills that extend far beyond the restaurant.

The Talent Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing programs that attract, develop, and retain high-performing team members across the organization. • Collaborate with the executive team to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs for onboarding and technical skills development.
  • Manage the development of training materials, guides, and digital resources for scalability and standardization across locations.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through metrics, assessments, and feedback, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Help lead initiatives that enhance team engagement, performance, and retention.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, inclusion, and retention.
  • Champion company values and ensure they are embedded into all development programs.

  • Communicate initiatives, goals, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent development, workforce planning, and leadership strategies.

Administrative & Human Resources Management
